To celebrate TEENPOWER’s 25th birthday, we had…a party! YR friends and alumni came out to High School TEENPOWER to help us celebrate this huge milestone. Alumni wore their favorite vintage YR shirts and caught up, reminisced as they browsed old photo albums and ate yummy treats – thank you to Pacetre for the mini cupcake donation! We had so much fun, we plan to make it an annual event!

YR’s evidence-based TEENPOWER program has created a culture and a support system of drug-free young leaders since 1992, and we remain the only youth-led leadership development and substance abuse prevention program of its kind in southwestern Indiana and in the Tri-State area. In 25 years, TEENPOWER has trained thousands of local students to be strong leaders and influenced their decision to live healthy lifestyles, including being substance free. We are proud of TEENPOWER’s legacy and can’t wait to see what the next 25 years bring!
